Architecture

To design building floor plans, elevation & 3 Dimensional visualization/ rendering of structure, including composition of files for submission to authority's.

Structural / R.C.C Design

Methodical calculation of steel required in various R.C.C components of structure as per Indian standard code.

Regularization

Legal status for structures constructed without obtaining building permissions from sanctioning authority's in the state of Goa.

Sub-division of Land

Land Development usually for purpose of sale by division of large land into two or more plots, with development of internal access roads to plots.

Partition of Land

Division of property, held in name of more then one individual, so each enjoys his separate share with a designated separate Survey No./ Subdivision No. & Form I & 14 to his entitled share.

Mutation

Removal /Addition /Updation of names in Land Record Document Form 1 & 14 or Form D

Conversion Sanad

Land held for the purpose of agriculture to non-agricultural purpose of Residential/ Commercial development.
